The partners of Brockwood Services LLP, have gained considerable management experience over a period of more than 30 years. This experience has ranged from running a small business with less than 10 employees through to being one of a team of four managing partners in a business with several hundred employees. There has been a particular focus on, amongst other tasks, office systems as well as profitability, cash flow and credit control. Office systems experience has included personally writing the software where no suitable commercial products were available. One such software system, a business critical data management system, was first developed more than 25 years ago and, with ongoing updates, is still in use today.
